Please allow two months for a reply, then send this
letter via REGISTERED mail with return receipt.
The only difference between this letter and the
original one is the first paragraph. If this
letter should fail to result in a reply, then a
letter to the Sindaco
(Mayor) requesting action would be the next
step.
