| About this letter:
This letter should only be used if you have sent
a letter to the Stato
Civile or Anagrafe,
received no reply, then sent a follow-up
letter, which also went unanswered for at least
a month. There was a law passed in Italy on
7 August 1990, law 241, that establishes the right
of the public to receive a reply from a public office
within thirty days of a request. This letter
rarely goes unanswered. You will find this
extremely effective. Be sure to include a
copy of your follow-up
letter with this letter.
Fill in/select the appropriate information in the
spaces below, then click the submit button.
The letter will then be translated and shown to
you. Be sure to print it or save the page
to your computer at that time.
